Killing floor UI screwed up and can't move

This image sums it up, can't move and can't do anything (even hit escape) the instant I start in. I've tried:
1) resetting to defaults
2) re-installing
3) restarting steam
4) yelling at my dog
5) apologizing to my dog for yelling at him for no reason

Any suggestions?

Browse to your Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\system directory and delete the user.ini file (or user with an icon with a cog on it). If you can't see the user.ini file then delete the whole system folder and verify the game cache and Steam will re-download it. Either of these methods will reset your keybinds and the screen elements to default, although deleting the whole system folder will also reset your other settings as well.
