Killing Floor Server Instal

So i instaled a new KillingFloor server on windows all goes well then i run the server from the batch file in the system folder.

and i get this hideous message that will not let me connect to the server or download maps or anything.

KillingFloor://5.39.74.173:7707

And before anyone mentions about deleted appid.txt i have done that and every time i do it i see another one there when i run the server (it just puts it back in place everytime)

Am i suppose to configure something in the KillingFloor.ini ? am i missing something in the servers command line ?

this is normally a firewall prob as in its not letting your clients connect, check your open ports, if this is a dedi server

Linux - check your iptables
Windows - check your firewall settings

Windows firewall is disabled though...
