I already forwarded all my ports and stuff, and I know that I forwarded them to the right IP because my other servers in other games work. I also tried manually adding the ports in the firewall as an exception. It still didn't work. I turned the thing in killingfloor.ini to true, tried turning off my antivirus and firewall, but noooooo, it doesn't work. I hosted a server, clicked listen, then went to cmd, typed in netstat -a and the ports weren't open D: THEM PORTS ARE JUST REFUSING TO OPEN D: D: D: D: Help would be extremely appreciated :O

BTW I tried turning on and off UPnP and DNZ thing and it still doesn't work

Netstat has nothing to do with port forwarding, it simply shows you a list of ports that are in use on your computer. Try using a tool such as this one to test if the ports are open.

Netstat shows which ports are locally bound on your computer, it doesn't go any further than that, which means you need a program like the one Benjamin pointed out (which is a good one) to check if they are forwarded through your router to your computer. Close KF, run the program for the ports KF uses and it will tell you if they are open or closed.

Port 8075 is irrelevant unless you are externally using webadmin to connect to your server, which you are not.

Well, thanks for clearing that up, but sadly it won't install and I heard that it has problems with Windows 7 x64. I click install/setup thingy, and then it just stops responding on me.

First I have heard it having issues with W7 64-bit, I have used ever since the OS was released with no problems. Just reinstalled it to check and it installed fine (making sure to uncheck the Ask rubbish). You might have to look for an alternative somewhere, but I've not found any that can check UDP.
