Hello. Killing floor is more boring every day because there is update once a season. I suggest:
I don't think so. I really enjoy playing with good friends, having a nice conversation, insulting each other

and playing some kf. You can even do some drinking floor, if you want some kind of a challenge
1. Make at least 1 more class [...]
IMHO there is no need for another class. An Archer would be basicly a sharpshooter and a minigun would be either a support or commando weapon.
2. Make more perk lvls: at least lvl 7 because after playing 200 hours we have all perks on max lvl
With adding higher levels it would be also necessary to make the game more difficult (faster movement, increasing hp of zeds etc.) because a (good) lvl 7 perked player would get bored even on hoe after a while. Right now it's balanced pretty good I think. Another thing is... If I join a Server with a testmap running, I'm usually the only person who really practices there. Almost everytime the other players are just spawning a s***load of fleshpounds and shooting the crap out of them, grinding their levels. If people try to level up in a "normal" gameplay it usually leads to firebugs setting everything in flames or a demolition which covers important targets in smoke quite "efficiently". So... adding another level is not a good Idea IMHO.
3. Give us Military Ranks: based on US Army Ranks [...]
I never played it much but that smells a little bit like CoD to me. (correct me if I'm wrong...) Rankig up by experience (survived waves / games) is not a bad idea. It would help to prevent level grinding.
4. Add new zombie who will be hard to kill as flashpound
Why? I think that having quad fleshpounds is quite fun enough
