Shelving this game until July.

Given the pace I am sure KF2 will get one new perk and 4 weapons next year.

It's pretty good that they "are coming" at all with current update rate, but there is nothing about when perks are coming. We didn't see anything but fixes since release. 1 month - one map, I won't count characters of course.

If there are some devs working on characters that can work only on characters I'm fine with it and it just doesn't count because it is only cosmetic content, not something I walk on and play with.

If they can work on, say, weapons but are not because they're working on characters - that's bad.

I'm not blaming anyone here, I just asked for some information. Next content update will determine if this early access is just a cash grab or not.

Opinions, of course.

Our weapons team is not our character team. We'll be talking more about changing to existing perks as well as additions in the near future (a good change we'll have something in the next WWAUT post).

  • Slowed down AI movement speed slightly in HOE
I like everything except this. Why? HOE was beatable with just 40% of perks, and why it rocked was because AI was so fast. If anything, you should make them faster...

Just had a quick game on Solo. The map is excellent with some great corridor and open space areas. Definitely a lot to learn in direction and what leads you around the map. Nice work guys although I would also say yeah didn't need to turn down AI speed for HOE.

We already have over 60 maps and you guys release a map...COMON

We just want some more perks and guns to keep the game interesting its becoming stale with 4 perks and very limited weapons. :(


Well I think it may be an exaggeration to say 60 maps. (maybe you got that count from a public redirect).

Comparing custom maps using existing/ported assets is not the same as an official map built from the ground up.

Modern day game design requires a wide range of skillsets that single mappers don't usually have.

I'm hopeful for new perks/weapons soon as well.

Great to see so many people seem to have more experience with the realities of game development than the developers. Seriously, Tripwire should hire them and watch their output quadruple overnight.

Not a bad deal i guess, ill mess with the classic characters when i get home and have fun with the map.

Then drop it in 2 days until the next update.

Sorry you folks need to do a lot of perk work(specifically Beserker) and give some kind statement about addressing the issues with teleporting before i care to play for long. The teleportation is broken and obvious. It's artificial difficulty at it's finest.

But when you do something about it...ill bloody dedicate a week to KF2 alone.

For now it's back to the Witcher , Marvel Heroes(just got my Punisher to 45+), Toukiden, and Tera. With a sprinkle of Hero Siege. Maybe even some KF1.

So, with this update, the medic grenade only restore one time the armor.
So, you will restore as much armor with one grenade as with one syringe injection. Of course, you still get an AOE with the grenade but still.

I don't know if, with this update, the medic will be able to tank the FP... And just in case, I tried : If you throw two grenades at the same time, you will get one restoration for each grenade.

Just woke up and saw this. Kinda sad no new perk slash weapon included in this update tho.

I'd be happy if TWI just added only a couple of experimental weapons such as off-perk G18.

It's not like i am trying to be mean at all. I am just realistic.

The teleportation issues just kill the game for me. I really will enjoy it far far more once it is addressed.

Besides i keep a constant eye on the forums here and on steam to look for changes or anything going on. I keep up to date on this title because i loved the first Killing Floor and i want to love KF2. That major issue just maims the fun of it.

Where is the fix for teleporting zeds? That POS feature needs to be numero uno in the queue to change.
