Killing Floor 2 PS4 None Pro Game Freezes when entering a Lobby Please FIX

very time i gind a match the game freezes even when i dobt touch anything, i even turned off my ps4 and tried again but still samething i Dont have the PS4 Pro only the original can yall fix this asap i just bought the game
