looks like the outfits, character packs and weapons are on sale but not the crates or tickets on ps4, also when i got the day of the zed outfit pack dj skullys outfit wasn't in my inventory but the rest were, kinda weird

However, different platforms can run different types of sales. They will not always be identical across all platforms at once. He's outfit should be in the gear menu under his original outfit section as an option.
