Description of the map : The main theme is a pumping station with some basements. The map include a lot of new content and an original layout.


The V4 fix some things like :
- invisible walls in the way \o/
- some exploit
- broken path node
- somes textures tiling
- "a new tunnel" (BSP=> static mesh) between the exterior part and the interior
- general fog
- some emitter
- and more spawns for the specimens.

Story/Background :
"Lt John H. Davidson Diary - 17/09/09

Due to London burning down, we had to leave our positions and retreat with the rest of the population. They all hope to move to the Continent but even after 4 days waiting on the coast, we are still waiting for them to show some signs of life.
Some think that the United Kingdom has been put in quarantine, but some are convinced that the infection has already spread overseas.
Personally, I'm sure about one thing, the commodity shortage is becoming serious.
Specimens not only chew our flesh and soul, they also kill our lands. Through this arid environment, we are heading to an old pumping station, with hopes to resupply our water containers.
I smell blood and death. Specimens are close.
Here begins our waterworks."

I try to make a V2 quicly for this evening with a better path node and zombie spawn. I don't know if that should be ok for the contest, because I can't work on my map during the day.

Hurry up man! This has the potential to win the wave or at least score very, very near the top!
It looks really outstanding. If they chose to adopt it to their game they can help you sort out spawning issues later. The overall design sure would be worth it!

You are very nice.
The V1 is on modDB (the submit and the authorisation take a very long time ... ouch ).
And the V2 is very near. I think that the V1 don't work correctly because there are some zombie spawn completly bugged ...
I tried to have more action in the map, and I added some zombie spawn yesterday. The resultat is : I have completly ****ed my map /o\
The V2 is very better now : all AI is working.

I think sincerely that there are some very good map in this contest. So .. yes, that's cool to have a beautiful map, but the most important is the gameplay. (and especially for TW I think)

The KF community is nice, thanks for that.

I dont think you can but an adminstator can if you ask them nicely. Good luck with the contest. If you can get V2 up I think you have a very good chance, because like you say there needs to be some good gameplay. There is alwyas wave 2 though!
