KF Summer Achievement Fix - and DLC available!

Thanks for the heads-up from some of the players: there was indeed a glitch preventing some of the Summer Sideshow achievements from working properly which, of course, made it pretty tricky to unlock Steampunk Mr Foster. Should all now be working fine - server admins will need to update servers, but all clients should update automatically through Steam.

And, we are happy to say, the Steampunk Character Pack DLC is also now available (http://store.steampowered.com/app/35425/) to buy and to use if you pick it up with tickets in the Prize Booth (http://store.steampowered.com/summersale/prizebooth/). Apologies again for the delays - remember, we are extending the Event through the weekend of 23/24 July due to the late start! make the most of it!

Oh, so now we can actually give you money for the character pack? Sweet, I prefer to do that. Getting it with price tickets doesn't feel right somehow.

i think that valve pays devs for redeems with tickets, well since i dont have a credit card i will redeem the kf dlc. the only think if in the dlcs of kf in my steam it appears as Steampunk Mr Foster LOL

Actually, I got all achievements before this fix.

But some people I played with, didn't get circus map achievements.

Hey, I have a small problem with the steampunk skins from the pack. I got them with tickets, and I can choose them in-game as normal, but they don't save after each game. Instead the game starts with the default skin and I have to choose them again. Steampunk Mr. Foster works fine, though.

Any solutions? :(

Still having problems with getting some of the achievments like Burning up the Midway or Taking Down the Big Top
Burned down the entire levels several times, but still did't get this achievment :confused: But finally managed to get some achievments after the fix ;)

...still having problem with achivs for the new map... Playing in solo mode it works perfect, you got new soundtrack during gameplay and when finished - achievement comes, but on Linux dedicated server (after last written here update with -verify_all parameter) soundtrack is "standard" and no achievement for players...

EDIT:
for the soundtrack (which now works) I had to copy my "client" .int file from system directory (server hadn't this one at all) and in desperation I uploaded "client" map file to my server, but I don't think that would do with map achivs.. (haven't checked it yet).

After the update I had no problems getting the 2x stalkers backstab, thanks !!
I got all the other ach's before the update w/o problems.

Thanks for the DLC caracter pack as well, I wanted to buy for myself until i found out I could get it with the tickets.
I felt bad after that and bought it for buddy :)

A lil help

A lil help

I bought the steampunk skins pack just a while ago in-game , and they appears now to choose but once i pick one of them and i get into a server , it changes to the default private schneider skin , so if i back to the main menu precisly it is showing the default skin and not any of the dlc skins ; i just checked and verified the files trough steam and nothing wrong came out so my files are ok and defragmented and all fine , But yet i have this issue/bug : the skins are available on my menu and i can choose them , read their bio and such But once i go into a server they changes to schneider default skin .
Any words of advise or help will be apreciated .
