Hey People

Here it is the first KF2 Rats Map inspired by VolterManor Map
called RatsManor

Final Beta is finished including all bugs that i know fixed.
This will be the last Beta if no more issues gets reported.

I put alot of work in it so please let me her what u think and any bugs u find.
There are no bugged safeplaces so as i know, but you cant go under the bed.

I like the concept. I haven't played it yet to comment on the layout/gameplay.

You need to spend some time properly lighting the map. All of the screenshots show extremely flat lighting with no mood.

You should light it more darkly with 3-4 lights coming from wall lamps, fire, etc. I'd light the fireplace and use a flickering light actor to give some ambience to the map as well.

I like the map a lot. Like said before some better lighting would be nice. I love these maps that make you feel tiny.

It is not as obvious for everyone. Also, everyone does not play CS.

Edit : Also, nice map! Reminds me of the nostalgic days of Quake 3 and playing OSP and CPMA on rat-like maps. Wonderful!

Nice map! There are a few issues with splatter maps though. It just looks a bit weird when you shoot a zed and a gigantic splatter map appears.

Yeah im already working on this issue and im doing good progress , but it takes his time to get a nice result.

love the map but can't wait for at least 1 sniper to be added to the game

but that fall damage if you accidentally jump is so going to kill me more than the zeds lol. Something like 70 damage from the fall. Would of been so evil if you made it high enough to deal 150 damage

is there anything you can do about the hit boxes on the bed and other things so you can get closer to them or under them?

Version 2-1 is out now.
I put alot of work into reworking splattermaps , there are no more oversized splatters.
I found a safeplace and a place where u get stuck and fixed it and the collisions specially of the dead zeds are way better now.
Make sure if u already got a older Version to replace it.
Let me hear what u think and if u find bugs

Its a fun map i really enjoy it and its played often on my server.
