Over those 15 months, 18 different clans participated in 7 events and compiled over 200 matches. Due to the decline of activity in RO, competition has been suspended for the time being, however, a new site that will replace the ROLeague site is in the works in preparation for the release of RO:HOS later in 2010. The amount of information in the database grew so large that the site is no longer in a functional state so a new site is being built and will be hosted on a new server with a new domain name. Our original plan was to open this site to host events for RO:HOS, but due to the popularity of Killing Floor and the need for some type of organized competition, it has been decided that the site will also offer competition for KF in addition to RO.

The details regarding how competition for multiplayer in Killing Floor will actually be conducted still need to be tweeked and we are looking for input from the community. The basic match concept will revolve around two teams ranging from 1v1 to 6v6 (depending on the event) competing against each other to see who can survive longer against the waves of ZEDs. Specific details on how this will be made possible will be announced as we get further down the road.

Our plan is to offer events including ladders, leagues and possibly tournaments ranging from individual 1v1 to teams of 6v6. We are hoping to get the new site ready to begin competitions by the start of the new year, but realistically looking at mid-late January.

• A new site name. Suggestions for a name are welcome as we cannot think of a good one Remember the name needs to be broad enough as KF will not be the only game to have competitions
• Ideas for setting up matchplay
• Individuals skilled in webdesign, graphics, mapping, and coding (for mutators).
• Players and clans wanting to compete
• Donations that would go towards hosting for match servers
