Finally you made a better version of this map. I was really waiting for this update. Thank you acidchalk!
After a playtest I found some problems in this great map.
Improvement ideas
1) Remove the weird fuzzy, blurry, smoky effect from the map which has been there since the first version. I played the map with my friends and it only caused headache. The vision is much better when you are dead. If you are trying to make the overall lightning dark, do it locally - not globally with some cheap fog/smoke effect. Otherwise, just remove it. (This is important!)
2) There is still an exploit near the trader who drops the ladders. You cannot jump on the roof anymore (which is excellent) but you CAN jump on the door frame near the ladders. Of course, mutants cannot reach you there anymore. Simply increase the size of the blocking volume. Door frames are important details which make the map look good.
3) You have clearly done something with the pathing when the players are on the truck. The most of the mutants can get on the truck but there is still a spot where the mutants don't usually reach you. If you stand on the other edge of the truck, the mutants fall down before they can reach you and start climbing on the truck again. It is probably too hard to make the pathing work perfectly. That's why I recommend that you add a blocking volume there, so the players could not climb on the truck at all.
4) This is just a matter of taste but we did not like the music.
5) There is one ammo spawn near the trader with the ladders which cannot be picked up. The ammo box is clearly visible but players cannot pick up the ammos. Fix this, please.
6) To make the map harder, you could make the planks between the buildings more narrow. Careless players would fall when they tried to walk between the roofs.
