Hello guys, i finally decided to released the Final version of KF-HorzineDistrict. It is my first my Map with the Unreal engine and Killing floor games. Refering to my steam profile i have spent 457 hours in the SDK working on this map. It's not perfect but i learned a lot about Unreal engine and kismet matinee. I hope you will like it !

Warning The trader arrow doesn't work online, so dont camp too far away from the trader if you don't know the map ! Everything is ok when you play Solo.

Very big thanks to Seb@s, Sinz, Malinou, dynadZ, Urbah, Nocturnal7x, AndyMj, Lt.Hargrove, Immortal, Lazarus for their really appreciate support/bugs find. And of course Tripwire for their amazing Games and Tools !

Easily one off the best custom map so far, great visuals, coherence and play well, especially for a first beta good job ;)

So many cool details and creative ideas, i personaly just feel sad that you didnt spend your skills on recreating one of the old maps...as this just feels like so many other maps. Gj though

After a few rounds we collected following feedback (see screenshots):

- There are a few spots where textures are missing. At one spot there is a clipping problem
- Metal detectors at one spot are not working, at another spot walking through throws an error
- There are a couple of invisible walls in sectors you should be able to walk in
- Trying to get up a pipe you walked down before kills you immediately, this happened to two uf us. Extremely annoying :p I believe you get stuck between ground and ceiling
- In the subway blood comes out of a pipe where water should come out? Could be intended :)
- Hans seems to have big problems with pathing, he gets stuck and stays in certain areas forever (no screenshots)

Overall this is an amazing detailed map, very large. Can you give me a hint regarding the easter egg?

This place is a rather long dead end. I think layouts like these should be avoided becouse of gameplay reasons

The metro area doesn't feel right. The lights in there look out of place and the place is way too tight in general, especially the stairs.

The clot can be shot at through this door, but it won't die (becouse he is just an animated model). I think it's better to either have these doors closed or don't have the clot there

The draw distance of these barriers makes them pop in and out on a distance of ~ 15m

There is no pchysics applied to all of that furniture. It feels werid to have unmovable stuff with no collision. Imagine a hard defense in that spot that involved cleaning up ~100 or so zeds on the stairs to this terrace and have intact chairs and tables just stand there all the time

I also don't like the long, tight hallway in the underground part (where the defeat screenshot was taken at). You get sandwitched there and have no space to move around. I think making the side rooms connected to each other would help remedy this.

Thanks you for the feedback your screenshots are very useful ! I am working on this right now. i have already fix the collision on the boss and the door glitch.

What's your graphic setting ? Because i have no issue with missing models ! Other people with the same problem ?

Couple exploits

-At the bottom of the stairs leading into the subway skrakes have a hard time walking through the opening. They don't unless they attack you though it (they are too tall otherwise)

-At the bottom of the stairs leading to the subway, if you go into the tight corner to the left skrakes cannot hurt you.

UPDATE TO BETA 2 (05/20/2015) :

-Fix Pathfinding (I have deleted the old pathnode and restart from skratch. Now it work properly. Hans isn't stuck anymore.)
-Fix minor graphic glitchs
-Adding new spawn zed (roof/ceiling/wall/floor)
-Adding block volume/pawnblockvolume
-Tweaking some light and light channel
-Zeds can now open the doors...
-New room have been built near dead end corridor.
-New spawn positions

Very big Thanks for your reports ! The next beta will come out in two weeks, except if you find a major bug.

Neone else having problems with the download .rar,mine keeps saying temporary error,retrying,left for 15 minutes,nothing,all 31 other maps load fine
