Correct, although they both now are the same thing, the workshop version is KF-HellFreezesOver1-1 so that's what most players will have in their library. Sorry for the miscommunication.

Could the file on mediafire be corrupted somehow ? I've downloaded it a few times and it won't import, complaining:
