KF Helicopters need better pilots!

Whenever I play KF and select a map, I often hear about your helicopter crashing while trying to land or something similar to that in the description (If there is a description that is). Its think its getting kinda old ppl. I mean really, how da hell does the pilot manage to crash teh heli almost everytime he/she tries to land? Are they high or something? Probably to many bears(edit: beers). Maps such as manor and crash, sure those are original and they diserve a crashed heli or two, but not other maps, unless there awesome that is!

agreed. KF has some of the worst pilots.

The same could be probably be said of most horror-themed media featuring pilots, including The Thing, Left 4 Dead, Aliens, Parasite Eve, and especially Resident Evil. One of the few exceptions I've experienced is Return To Castle Wolfenstein, wouldn't ya know.

Seems pilot is just about the unhealthiest profession you can have when doomsday rolls around, even beating out police officers, clean-shaven soldiers, and gun store owners.

Husks shoot them down for the lulz. And since heli pilots are ****, which means they're just about the unhealthiest and uncoordinated people in the world, husks have 100% accuracy.

Yeah I agree. KF should make a pilot skin with its own backstory. I'd be pretty pissed too if those damn clots kept chewing through my engines right after my team manages to escape.

Besides, they need a pilot playable, otherwise, where do they keep getting pilots and copters from?

LOOOOOOOOOL! Yeah Ive noticed the same thing, theres awful a lot of helicopter crashes in KF-Maps, thats why I was simply going to make my helicopter fly away in my current map in progress. I was thinking of making an actual map rather than a remake now that Ive learned the basics. I couldnt just leave the helicopter out either because my map is situated in a place where you just cant get to without one.

i hope they can add new maps where players will bail out from a burning plane and parachute to safety ala Medal of Honor..

Maybe the Patriarch shot them down. I'm sure a minigun and rockets could do the job. Zombies with guns would completely ruin my plan to steal a zeppelin and live on it during the inevitable zombie apocalypse.

I'm attempting to make a version of farm where you parachute down from a moving chopper, could really mix up the spawning.
