Thanks for the feedback! I honestly haven't been doing much with the SDK for quite a while now, but I would love to improve the map.
My idea to make the outside less OP is to pretty much just cut it off and make it a very small area.
For whatever reason I just figured it would be pretty cool to have an outdoors area.
Also, the creepyfying with green lighting and such is a great idea. I might just get to work on it.
I think the reason why I've been a bit demotivated is because the game currently is in such an early 'early access' state, so none of my friends currently wants to play it.

I know that feeling, though the game being early access also has a bright side. I use it as a time to test out my own maps and polish it before everyone else comes. If you keep up the good work, once KF2 is fully released you can showcase a well-balanced, spooky map to your friends and thousands of new players. Especially with all the new perks and additions to the game coming, I'd say your friends' chances of joining you are pretty good. :D

I'm looking forward to seeing map updates!

V4 is now available! I'd highly appreciate feedback on how viable the outdoor area is now. It might very well still be very over powered, so that I might have to make it even smaller. :p Also, I'm very glad for any general suggestion or critic. :)

My wife and I played V4 last night on our server. We love the outdoor area now, the map also seems smoother than V3. Not sure about the green lights though. It definitely adds atmosphere, but it's a bit... distracting I suppose. Maybe you could do 2 versions, one with normal lights one with green?

Apart from that the map is great, love playing it. It will stay in our rotation

Great seeing you working on this map again! I'm liking the smaller outdoors area though I have yet to test it out in the server myself. As the other poster said, the green lights are kind of distracting and I think it's because they're really bright neon green.

I experimented to see what I could change myself and made the green significantly darker, just changing the color not the brightness in any way and these were the results.

The hex color I used is 0048984B in case you're wondering. Maybe also removing lights here and there might add more variability/spooky dark corners to the map and make it feel more run down but that's up to you. Keep up the good work ! :D

I wouldn't have changed the color in the first place, had I not gotten the suggestion, because I'm really bad when it comes to aesthetics, but I think this color is pretty cool. :cool:
