Ok, so some of us know about the other sandbox mode *KFSP.GameType*
What i want to ask the programmers, is why the support for Matinee has been disabled?

In KFMod, (v2.51 / Unreleased) you could run support for matinee in KFSP.Gametype.

But if you make a KF/KFS.Gametype mode, it changes map for some reason.

Please look into this! As Hive uses matinee. It was a big feature for the level, but because its gone, il have to delete it.

Kicker, we didn't remove any support for matinee from the game. What likely happened is that something just got messed up when we ported from the mod. Since we didn't do any work to retain compatibility with the SP gametype, since we weren't using it.

With that said, we're all excited to see your hive map happen, so we'll work with you to get it rolling again. I know that one of the TWI mappers has been in touch with you. Please ask him to put you in touch with me for help with getting the code side of this working again.

Ok so, a update:

It would appear that TWI did NOT remove Matinee from the KFSP.GameType.

It was just modified.

So the only way to make Matinee work is through the following.

1.Make a KFSceneManager
2.Link the KFSceneManager to a normal Matinee Scene
3.Set gametype to KFSP.Gametype
4.Call the map name KFS-YourMapName
5.Only current way to play the map is through command console
(map KFS-YourMapName)

Hopefully TWI could make the KFS Maps show up in the Solo/Host list? :D
