If you're already getting to iteration 6 of a "final" map then maybe it needs to stay in beta a bit longer.

I think we can all learn from this lesson

SDK was trolling me because some textures didnt show in-game but at SDK were showing good...

Do you know how to fix this ? I got the same problem on my map, everything is ok on the editor but after cooked some people got missing textures or models.

Check if your static mesh has DM_low under rendering Tab into the properties windows.

If it's set DM_Med or High the static mesh will only render for peoples playing with Med/High graphics. I fixed my issues with it.
