Keys not showing up

I've bought 3 keys this week and I have yet to receive any of them.

Habe you tried opening and closing the steam overlay ingame while being in the inventory? That sometimes helped me when crates didn't show up.

Otherwise try support. Maybe the staff doesn't see your post because it's in the User2UserSupport forum.
