Some where near north pole.
That rifle up there is not M/27, it's M/39. Look at the rear sights and the pistol grip of the stock. Also stock bands and sling attachments show that this is M/39. Just had to say this, been a proud owner of 1942 Sako S.K.y. M/39 for two weeks now, you see :D

Looking forward to this mod!

Darn somebody noticed. was waiting this to happen.

You guys really should of got rid of the bsp stuff from the default level in the rifle image, with the box there it looks like it has a magazine as well and since I know what the UDK default level looks like I keep seeing a god damn ****en huge rifle compared to the small bsp rectangle. :p

I can't unsee it dammit

I forget- was this mod Winter war, continuation war, or both?
thanks for asking. i was wondering the same thing.
this looks awesome. i wanna be Simo! :D

lol. i thought so, but since i have no m27's i was hesitant to say anything.
if your weapons guy wants any close-ups of m39's, let me know. i'd be glad to pull them out of the safe for a photo shoot. kp31 as well, but mine's just a unfinished parts kit at the moment, but it does have all the parts if you need close-up of them. there are a couple minor details, left out or incorrect. just thought i should point it out. rear barrel band retainer seems to be missing and the sight blade is too thin. to start. still, i ca't wait to get a chance to shoot it in the game. :D

This kind of criticism is always welcome, I will be fixing models as I go and when mistaken parts or missing details appear. Did also send you pm considering photos and taking them.

Just imagine how happy this small and nice community will be when you share with us the awesomeness you have witnessed. You would feel so good about yourself and you'd be so proud of the modding team of accomplishing such an awesome thing that you could witness and share with us.

Now I hope my Speech level is high enough

So you have been probably wondering are we dead. Well not yet.
This will be honest update, so i can tell that nowadays our team
is really small, just few dudes. Things doesn't go forward with a speed.
But time to time everyone of us have some time to work on this.
Of course we would like to see more people to be interested to
join our team and help development of mod.

So that said i will show you some proof, that we haven's scratch our
balls all the time, since last update.

Thats all this time.

Looks pretty! However, if it were decent wooden fence a' la Savo style, the angled poles should mostly connect each to at least three of the upright dual-posts. Note that the dual-posts have been attached to angle poles correctly with withes (use young sapling spruces split into two, wrap one around both upright posts and preferably over one angled pole.). Poles should also be spruce but you may use any available material to angled poles or even split a bigger tree into usable-sized chips. Spruce is favored when possible as it endures the elements far better that birch or even pine.

See e.g. here, or here or here. That fence up there could be considered as a really poor man's fence as it is so sparse. But hey! it's war-time and poor sods didn't have much material at hand. Problem solved.
