As "skills" in other games do only very loosely apply to RO, if at all, I think he meant rather some personal info like age, why do you want to join a clan, etc.

As I said before, ordinary shooter skills might not be very usefull in RO. So clans would propably more interested in your ability to work in a team, take orders, communication, etc.

Judgeing by your name, I guess you are from a german speaking country, but still, one of the most important info is: where are you from, what languages can you speak?
