i just wanna get my ip whitelisted for my server to be in ranked and online

The system to whitelist servers for RO 2 has ended and no new servers will be added. At some point all servers will be unranked.

It already is, but if it only shows up in lan, it is likely security software or hardware is blocking connection to specific ports the server exe is communicating with.
