i was just watching a ww1 documentary on the belgian "canvas" channel, and saw RO in some scenes!
the documentary was named "in europa", and it was about the battle of the somme, and a part was about the first big tank engagement ever. so they went filming in the bovington museum to show a ww1 tank and a modern challenger tank, and suddenly they showed footage of a tank sight firing at moving targets. and then i realised it was footage from RO! i don't know why they used RO, i think they wanted to give an example of what modern tank combat looks like, but couldn't find any other games that look realistic. i suppose most of the viewers thought it was real life footage.

RO is featured at about 19:10, and when you see RO, they say modern tanks are as easy as computer games.
the largest part is in english, i suggest you watch the enire documentary as it is verry interesting. especially the tank part.
