I don't know how the rest of the community feels (feel free to chime in), but I would personally like if options were added for:
1) Breathing sound (it's really really loud... kind of cool like 5% of the time when I'm rifle sniping, but in the middle of combat it breaks immersion)
2) Capture objective music (I like to play with music off and let the cacophony of battle be my music... again, immersion breaker)
3) Color blindness upon suppression
4) Names above people's heads
also, not really an option but 5) an outlay of the changes made on a custom setting server so that everyone knows how they're playing the game
