They had always said that if they felt RS was good enough they would bring it in house and polish it up before they release it, which is exactly what they are doing right now. It's not like this is exactly out of the blue.
I know, but I didn't think in house meant the entire RO2 team would work on it.
It just sucks looking back how they interacted with us before Release/GOTY and afterwards.
Indeed, it has been mind boggling to see TWI drop RO2 support altogether in favor of working on Rising Storm. I really have to wonder what the point of Rising Storm having a separate dev team is -- did they really sign up to develop a game that would eventually be taken over completely by another studio? They had free reign to design RS until the last year, and now it seems it's a 100% TWI project. Obviously the RS team is still working on it, but it clearly appears they have taken a back seat to TWI.This thread has just turned into bickery but I hope you guys can see why.
I'm not going to go on a long rant, but I just don't see the RO2's team total focus on RS a good thing. They have their own team, the only thing I would expect is technical support. Kind of feel like we're losing contact here guys. Ramm and Wilson barely post here anymore, dev responses are rare and often the same. WWAUTs haven't been seen in ages either, from someone who's lurked since it was announced I have to say that the interaction between us is far and spread thin.
Good luck on your other projects though, new IP and what not.
.... I rarely encounter any sort of bugs at all anymore.
everytime I play I encounter the same bugs:
SP:
- some missions in SP doesn't work and some others can't be comleted
- weapons are too weak in SP (sometimes you have to shoot three bullets in head to kill someone
MP:
- spawning problems when you change classes
- smoke grenade disappears if you hold it too long in you hands
- third MG34 magazine has less ammo than it should have
- fences in Spartanovka
- floating grenades on ground
- floating dead bodies from prone-death
- game drops very often since the GOTY patch
- can't join from spectator
TANKS:
- stucked with tank when you hit an obstacle
- AI always switching ammo to AP in tank
- visible floating tank crew but with no tank
- sometimes you can't hit the turret because shells just go through
and many more...

now its the min. 10 times i was in top 5. (last match first place), that i get banned from the server. How we should level the pioneer, if we get always session banned. iam not really care, which place iam. but i still want to finish that level stuff. so please help us to bring in once to end. or turn the complete level system off.

its not only a problem that the NP function doesnt work well. nobody knows how to open console and type in say np. but still if this is fixed, it isnt enough.

Really how could someone love it is the most outrageous downgrading ideea for an Red orchestra game it completely ruins the spirit ostfront got us used with but more important and it makes for unrealisitc gameplay I'm talking about snipers with bayonet and super low recoil and super human speed which you reach when you have max level. So what's good in it?leveling system is ok. i love it
