We wonder ourselves sometimes - but we've learnt that it is all part of making games that people actually play! We like that people care enough to comment. Just that the "caring" can go off in some unexpected directions sometimes

Yeah, I think it must be important to remember that if people didn't enjoy the game, they wouldn't have anything to say about it. I know I've been in my share of "debates" about balance and things in KF only because I love it so much.

On the bright side, the community has given me an idea of what to expect when I start making games.

We're not allowed to humiliate or make demeaning posts about people by the standard rules, but if person in question violates ToS | EULA it's ok to stoop down to their level? What kind of double standard crap is that? Even the forum mods and TWI devs are doing it.

I am by no means standing up for what he did. But to publicly hold a thread like this and leave it open to discussion to humiliate and further demean the person? That is just low.

Make an official post advising users to avoid particular content not in the official steam store and lock the thread. Its not something that needs to be open to discussion by the forum user base.
