Do you know if they are intending to fix it? Most servers use PB, and it's hard to be selective with servers in RO2 due to the player count and ping levels.

I very much doubt it, it's being ongoing for a long time. Evenbalance suggest contacting Realtek and they have a couldn't care less attitude.

Just great. Back to BF3 until my CPU becomes outdated and I have to replace motherboard then, I guess.

Can you post your 'stat perfdump' results with the current settings you have for the game?

What resolution are you running the game at?

Do you have one frame thread lag turned on or off? If off, turn it on and see what kind of performance difference you get.

Can you delete your config/ini files from My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Config folder, launch the game with the default settings and see if you notice any performance difference?

What settings have you forced through the drivers?

Although not required, it'd be a great help if you could post a video that shows the stuttering you're seeing? We keep hearing about this a lot, but it'd be good to know how bad this actually is.

Also, thanks Das_Bose for helping out with this thread!

EDIT: Please put a constructive title for your thread if you expect to receive support.

Where does the dump file end up?

1920x1080,

One Thread Lag doesn't do much, maybe increase the FPS a little. Makes the mouse floaty though.

Will try this.

All driver settings are application based.

I'll see if I can record a video with FRAPS and upload.

I've noticed that the sound stutter seems dependant on the server and maybe also the map. Maybe it's like Das_Bose said, Punkbuster related.

It'll be in your launch.log file in My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Logs

What difference are we talking about here - before and after?

As I understand you have both low FPS and stutter issues, right? What kind of FPS are you usually noticing? Please give as much information as possible - such as your avg/min/max FPS on 32 player servers and the same on 64 player servers.

It'll be be useful if you provide the 'stat perfdump' when you're in game and are noticing low framerates. That'll give us a snapshot of what the game was doing at the time that caused the performance to tank.

Now i know some peoples will come here and say it run perfectly smooth and everything fine and the error is user related.
1- What do you consider smooth 40fps?
2- Because you dont have problems does not mean its fine, you are a minority and enjoy playing the game with no real problems.
On my gaming rig I have 62 or 66 fps capped and a min fps of 50 in most maps.
That is not a great framerate compared to other games but its very playable. (stability does a lot for perceived smoothness)
The gaming rig is a phenom965 4cores 3.4ghz and a gtx460.

My other rig is some amd dual core 2.7ghz and an ati 3850, with that I get a min fps of 40 or even 35 and that is without eyecandy.
