This game has both nice players and some pretty epic gamer rage.

I particularly remember one 15 minute monologue during winterwald that involved a guy doing BDSM related activities with his girlfriend, with a very clear euphemism towards illegal sexual activity towards the end.

the annoying community pretty much has ruined my experience in RO2, the days of RO1 where you actually played with mature players are long gone, because the game was not really doing well with people who liked fast arcade games. Whenever i type something in the game now since i started picking it up again since two days, i will get a rude answer back. I still am pretty much pissed they brought in COD players for their input into RO2. Hope they realize what they did wrong if we ever gonna get RO3. Just get the Ro1 gameplay, leave out all this arcade bull manure and work on that.

This is so annoying partly because the comms system is fundamentally flawed. It's neither here nor there that each player can communicate with every other player on both teams at the press of a button. It might have made sense on Unreal Tournament, but there is no use for it on RO2.

Well according to this thread some people find it awesome :IS2:

Playing in the evening makes things a lot better I must say though.
