is there an official list of system requirements?

i have a compaq presario running windows 7 with everything updated to my knowledge and when i start up the game, evrerything lags. music skips, beginning titles cut fade instead of steady(light picture then instantly a darker shade without transition) i've turned texture detail and game detail all the way down. nothing. unchecked everything. still nothing. maybe i missed something for updating? that's why i'd like a list please. thank you

my bad. i preorder and preloaded the game so i didn't get the chance to see them. i tried finding the purchase page but i found the main page instead :/
edit: dang...i have a brand new computer with GF6150 :/.....sigh......

A Geforce 6150 is waaayyy below the minimum requirements and i don't think there is any way to get the game running sufficiently on that weak IGP.
