Is it possible to disable the Halloween event Zed skins? (Ps4)

Hi all. Apologies for this noob question. My wife and I just started playing killing floor 2 on the PS4 last night. We quickly noticed that no matter what map we we're on, we fought the same zeds over and over. A little research showed me that we are experiencing a Halloween event. Is there any way to disable the Halloween skins so we can experience the normal skins on each map? If not, when does this thing end? Fighting the same monsters no matter where we go is getting old quickly. Thanks!

You just described the game, regardless of the event...

Seasonal events last roughly a month. Skins go back to default afterward.

Thanks. "You just described the game, regardless of the event." I get that but if all you ever wear are black t-shirts, it's still fun to put ion a blue one once in a while.

Yeah, no worries.

You're not alone in getting a bit fatigued by the holiday skins - they're a nice change from the default though, if you play daily [imo].
