In today's fight, I managed to kill Tiger with IS-2' HE round from the side as well as the front!
You can see the screenshot (only the front one, I forgot to take the side one...):
It was in a hulldown position, but trust me, it was a Tiger!
And the HE easily killed PzKpfwIV with only one shot:
Then later, I killed a Tiger with the T-34-85's HE(it was in a very near position from the side):
Another thing I found was when IS-2 faced the enemy tank in a 45 degree angle(the hull), the shells hit my tank seems all jumped away, and no one will hurt me especially in a far distance. Then I think in the Koeniplaza, I can easily kill infantry with my HE, and don't care the existance of a Tiger.
