What you have,,,concerning the Stalin Dank,,as being the best
A duel between D. Lavrinenko,,,,who scored his kills in a T-34/76 & Michael Bittman in a Mark V,,,would have been a total mismatch.
The records will show,,,the lightly armed,and armored BT-7 had 30 + Kills,,,no variant of the Stalin,,,had no more than 27 Kills These numbers come from official Russian Tank Aces.
These are indisputable facts,,,,digest,,,ponder,,,and then treat the Stalin,,with the contempt,,,it deserves...All CCCP tank Turrets,,had to be hand traversed,,,,not a good design,,,,in a long & brutal,pitched scrum.
And if the IS DEUX,,,,was faster than a fast car,,,,,,the BT 7. WAS A NASCAR !!!

I am ready to learn the gospel(on how a mediocre tank commands such devotion),it's speed mediocre,armaments mediocre,,mobility,,,,and if you include the armor package,,,,above average.I still don't like it's turret traverse,,by hand.

I can handle,,,a schooling,,,,,& an Inquisition,,,,with the best of them,,,
