See, even many many years ago during the mod days, TWI knew that the IS-2 is the greatest tank. That's why they put it in the banner. Or maybe it put itself on the banner, through magic. The IS-2 predicted its fame long before it became famous on this forum.

These green and yellow dots are pretty lame. We need something spiffy to brighten things up, so I propose to use mini IS-2 for the rep icons. Silver for the second level icons and gold for third level ones.
