Is this mod still in development? It's something I'm genuinely looking forward to. Do the above posts mean that it's being made for RO2?

What dead by Q3 11? More likely we will have a release by then. The link MrMoe posted is our current website (same as in my signature).
And I think a mod can close this, since this mod is going to be for RO2 and everything :IS2:
If RO2 isn't out until Q3 '11, how can you say the mod will be out then?

How do you know it will be released then? The official aim by TWI is to release it early next year and before that there will be a beta. And we already starting developing the mod so we don't release a public version two years after RO:HoS has been released.
