Hi I bought the bundle which includes the minigun and the mine gun and I dont have it within my game and my store/inventory wont load I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and restarted the game and console many time please I need help figuring this out

I’ve filled out three in the past few days and haven’t got a email back or anything on my ticket and can’t check on it because I never got a ticket number and I can’t refund my dlc now

Found the account in system, but without a confirmed email. I have triggered the system to send you a new one, please check any spam folder you may have.
