Console Inventori bug at Ps4 (nothing in it)

Hello, i am an Argentinian player of the game, and i resentli re instald thegame after somome time, onli to find nothing more in my inventori than a leter saying "loading Inventori, please wait". Iwaited up to 1H and nothing, i traied everiething, from closing, reloding, even reversing the last update and re downloding it, i am aut of ideas, aniother sugestion yhat worked for you?
