Idea from Crazy Sheep:


What if when you kill a certain specimen, if you have enough weight capacity for your player, you can pick up an item from them. Be it:

• Patriarch's Mini-Gunning-Rocket-Launcher
• Scrake's Chainsaw (would just be the standard chainsaw)
• Gorefast's Arm-Sword-Thing
• Bloat's Butcher Knife

I want that rocketlauncher-minigun thingy from the patriarch as an unlockable, maybe after completing impossible(not that impossible) tasks like you do with perks

Picking up the Patriarch weapon would do nothing seing as he's the final boss. There's nothing left to shoot.

AFAIK.. gorefasts sword and the chainsaw arm have no way to be held.

If anything, clots and stalkers should pick up weapons laying around the map, or dead teamates, and shoot you with those

They're smart enough to start a chainsaw, after all.. and patriarch can aim his guns.

Haha, don't get me wrong. I think it would be awesome to use it. Maybe you can get in in sandbox mode or maybe someone will mod it. We'll just have to wait and see.

that would be kinda crazy... imagin how many chainsaws/knifes/arm-swords will be on ground when you kill many of specimens...

it could ruin your escape too, example like you threw your weapons to run away faster then you picked up chainsaws or knifes or arm-swords by mistake makes you move slowly then you threw them and pick up another one because many of them on ground and then the specimens gets you and kill you.
