Installing Custom Perk Help (BruteGunnerWeap)

Hi! I'm having a lot of trouble with new perks such as BruteGunnerWeap, I've followed the instructions but always meet an error. I hope some of you fine people could help me.
What I did:
1. Overwrite folders and files
2. Add in ServerPackages
3. Add in Perk and Weapon data into Serverperks.

Am I missing any crucial step? I always receive an error regarding a missing file.
For example -
"
Failed to load 'BruteGunnerWeapV101': Can't find file for package 'patgunv01'

Sorry but if you read the thread and the error, you are missing a file. That file is on the perks thread itself.
