The wiki has been updated with many more general gameplay options. I hope to add the game mode specific items tomorrow.

Once you have the Steam Command window up you need to manually:
1) Log into Steam Command
2) An install path either in the directory structure or with a independent directory with the force_install_dir command
3) Tell SteamCMD to update the RO 2 server environment with an app_update command
After those commands it will download the files to the server machine and all you need to do is set up the config files and batch start file the way you want.

I did install a LAN server on my own computer to allow me to test my mutators. The server is running, but I can't sign into the webadmin tool. I always get Invalid credentials.

Ducky check your launch batch file. It probably has an adminpassword argument in there. If it does it will conflict with the one in the rogame.ini

i need your help when you are online.
I have installed the RO2 server and amended the posibilities which is
much work but i have played in my own map with the settings.
But i don`t get the server online.

FYI, if you're under windows 7, you might get this error:
To fix this:
Internet explorer -> Connections -> LAN settings -> Proxies -> Auto detect.

Hello I have never started my own LAN server before, I follow all the directions on this video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZZ36ebOJcw
However, I don't know where to proceed. I have typed quit into the cmd command prompt but I don't see the server in the lan server under RO2.
I have also tried typing this into the verified cmd command prompt:
start .\Binaries\win32\rogame te-Spartanovka?minplayers=0?maxplayers=32? -seekfreeloadingserver
It does not recognize this. Could some one please give me a step by step guide in setting up the server beyond this point? I have read the wiki link however, i don't get what I am doing wrong.
And if possible how to make a classic mode LAN Server?
One more question can we remove rank ups from the server so every one looks like a lvl one infantryman so there is no heroes in the server?
