Is there anywhere that has a description of what commands do in the ini's?

For us newbies it is hard to know all the functions

Yes please as this would help us guys do some simple tasks like set the difficulty of the games and such. I really do not want to mess this up and we want to have a good server to play on.

You can find a lot of information regarding the .ini's by searching for UT3 stuff. Plus the webadmin is a very easy way to setup everything you need with some descriptions on how to set them up too.

Yes i could do it through the webadmin but i like to know what the lines of code stand for, this may seem silly but in the long run it is easier to find problems

just as a thumb rule with any UT servers, never ever edit the default*.ini files as those are the fallbacks if/when something gets messed up.
