Quality of life change.
As title suggests, Incision makes the lock on sound like any other medic weapon when not scoped in, which isn't a problem for other guns.... But incision has no lock-on enabled while hip firing, which confuses a lot of un-initiated players because they thing that they hear the sound and they can shoot at the teammate's general direction and it will hit, but it won't.
So i propose for devs to remove a lock-on sound on hipfire from incision, and update weapon description that the darts only lock-on onto teammates when a player scopes in.
