in need of yoshiros help

yoshiro i have discovered my problem i have when ingame i can be at about 20-40 ping but then suddenly it will jump to like 800 plus and will make the game judder for a few seconds do you know what causes this and how it can be fixed?

It sounds like a definite case of packet loss to me.

Ingame when it happens can you pull down the consol and type I think "network stats" or maybe it is just network.

But if all else fails just type stats and youll get them all. See if you have any packet loss.

It looks like you did that when your ping was low. I'll need you to do that while in a multiplayer game when your ping goes nuts please.

Not unless you use a program like FRAPS or the like.

Just keep the network stats open while you play and when you see it happen look.

Also make sure your network settings are on dynamic not static.
