Impossible to lvl up.

so this issue is annoying. All my classe are lock cannot lvl anymore. For example, my demolition classe is lvl 19 and in game it reach lvl 20. When we win the game the classe goes back to the previous lvl as 19. I try to delete my account and the game but nothing solve the issue.
