Im not getting online stats added

Hello,I want to ask for your help dear RO2 community.Tried to find help on Steam forum,but I didnt.So my problem is played 2 times Bridges of Druzhina map,on 2 servers,and when match finished,it showed I got points for my gun,for example SVT-40 from 46 to 48 lvl,and my main level increased.But when I discconect and go to menu profile stats,it shows that it didnt added.And I got this problem only on Bridges of Druzhina map.I started to have this problem,after I started play on Windows 10nd got error that RO2stoped working,so I deleted all files in my documents,like I looked in solutions.Can this cause the problem?Can someone say how to solve this?

Today lost around 300 points after game crashed.Had 69 kills with german MG lvled it up from 7 to 14 lvl.And AGAIN I LOST EVERYTHING...This games is really becoming ****...Im so mad,like I wasted 3 hours for those maps and no stats added...

You didn't wasted your time. You played 3 hours a game and having a good time. Whats wrong with it. Just try not to care about those stats.

Apart from that, I don't know any solution apart from posting this thread in the correct forum:

And maybe try your luck on steam! I've never had this problem as far as I can remember.
