Doesn't look like it to me. Clean the rust off!
If you reload you can utilize 30-06 or 8mm casings. They will have to be cut (in the case of the 30-06) or resized (8mm) but can still be used.
I've been seeing 300 round cases lately but a year and a half ago when I bought mine I got 2 440 cases + shipping for $110.
I haven't ordered any since the 440 round cans were cheap and plentiful. I still have over 3000+ rounds. I have even more 8mm Mauser, most on stripper clips.
Buy 'em cheap, and stack 'em deep.

The people I am going with have their own 7.62 54. I will freeload on ammo.
