Sometimes I can get into a game, but it crashes while the round is changing or I'm waiting to respawn. It only started crashing when I got Rising Storm a few days ago.

P.S I can't upload the .dmp for some reason. I've only attached the log.

Hello, I crash every time I play. It always says "rogame.exe has stopped working". It happens randomly, usually every other map, unless it's siapan then it will crash within a few minutes.

I tried uploading my DMP files but they all show O kb size and won't upload on here (I can't open them on my comp either).


Any help would be greatly appreciated

Normally happens to me when I'm mid game? Quite annoying since I'm pretty sure I lose all points during the game...
Uh I have two other files
(unreal-v7258-2013.07.17-17.08.11.dmp, and unreal-V7258-2013.07.19-22.32.40.dmp)
Both of those have size 0 KB so theres an error when I try to upload them to anywhere.. I've included two Launch files too. Hopefully you can help. Thank you.

Problem goes away if I delete the RO2 game folder under the \my games\ directory

sorry. that is not a .dmp crash report.

sorry. that is a crash report/dump file. but it did not upload. you have to add it as an attachment. see below the txt screen when you reply to a post/ manage attachments is what you want.

View attachment Launch.log ,the game starts to freeze in main meniu there is no difference high or low settings.Sometimes I can play it for couple hours till it freezes completely.But mostly I play it this way -freeze - ctrl+alt+del - cancel - play. If I wait game to response it crashes.

dying from withdrawals, suggests you've been able to run the game just fine till recently. if I were you, i'd start a thread in support. start with a dxdiag attachment, so we know what computer you're using and describe in as much detail as you can, what happens when you try and run the game.
