Oh, yeah, don't forget about level 11:

Level 11 Medic: Transforms into an armoured personnel carrier immune to all damage that can hold entire team and has 20m healing aura.

Level 11 Firebug: Transfroms into an aircraft hovering over specimen and constantly dropping napalm.

Level 11 Berserker: Transforms into a spiked steamroller.

Level 11 Commando: Transforms into a battle tank with minigun turret.

Level 11 Sharpshooter: Can dual wield M14's and has homing bullets.

Level 11 Support: Can carry several naval artillery stations in his backpack and drop them on map.

Level 11 Demolitions: Transforms into Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, then goes off, killing everything on the map and even on nearby servers.

Look at this post this post is amazing.

By the way, 244k/100k L6 medic, increasing difficulty of leveling is either incredibly good, meaning people need more skills to gain the level, or incredibly bad, meaning it becomes Commando Mk2

Level 6 feels off, but if they allow up to level 10 the benefits shouldn't be something that makes the game too insane to play. At best, leveling to 7, 8, etc should give some passive ability or, maybe, no ability at all. Maybe it gives all your other perks some passive ability.

Like Level 7 Commando granting a 5% bonus to reload to all other perks you posses except Commando but, otherwise, Commando staying at the power of a level 6 perk. Level 7 Medic increasing the rate that you regenerate the health shot slightly (but not how much extra it heals) for other perks like Support. That is about the only way I see it working, and even then I am sure people would find a way to break it =P

And you just know these level 10 gods would be playing on Normal, ruining the game for everyone there.

Hey,
I also thought of something like Prestige-Perks... so you would have a Perk let's say level 8 and it just has the benefits of a lv 6... just others would be like "holy crap! ... this guy really has no friends!"
Well yeah not sure whot wrote it... but I absolutely agree on adding more creeps is the way to fix difficulty problems...
Oh and passive powers for other perks would also be too powerful if you have all of them on 7/8 or whatever it would just stack up to opness...
Nuclear power plants.... Killing Floor 2 = TschernoFloor??
....m14 homing... anyone played ama in Diablo II??^^
