I was trying too clear out our cap area of allied soldiers.
Shot one a couple of times in the stomach and the other in the head.

I got killed they lived.
It was quite annoying the mp40 seems to preform better close range at this moment.

Due the hit detection problem at close range.
They will fix it someday though :)

Without one frame thread lag I can hit targets well, but my game stutters hardcore between 30 ~ 60 fps.

With one frame thread lag my game runs 60fps constantly, but I can't hit anything.

Terrible choices :(

The sewers of Leningrad.
The hitboxes seemed messed up, I mean I'll take a SVT right up to the person fire 4 shots and only the last one kills them, maybe something to do with the fact that you and your gun clip through people.

I just call it lag...it's almost the same with every other shooters out there...
Your ping will most likely to determine your faith...

often times I fire the MP40 the same time as the enemy firing a PPsh at me, but guess what, he didn't even get hit at all...even tho PPSh is much more better in clearing rooms, but at least my mp40 will get AT LEAST one bullet in him before I die, cause from my screen seems like I fired first (and I shot like 4 bullets to him at a CQC 0-3m)..but to him he fired first...So I just blame the ping...

While i suspect there is a problem out there with hit detection, you should all know that "pain recoil" as you put it isnt the solution, just for the fact that it isnt really accurate on how things work in real life.
Have you ever been shot?
Well I have, and the pain and the recoil you get often doesnt present itself untill "long" after youve been able to shoot back, your body pumps you so damn full of adrenaline that it can sometimes take minutes before you even realize youve been shot at all
