People like you is what the servers need, not those who have their heads so far up their arses that they can't figure out "Why was I kicked from this clan?"
I had a point today where iw as playing Suicidal Mountain pass. We were doing rather nicely, got to having one zed left on wave 10 who ended up playing hide and seek. At this time, some guy joined and said, "Alright everyone go beserkers and chainsaw rape Patty". I said no, I was going Support (I like to ambush the Patty with the Hunting Shotty ) He (she?)_then goes onto say that everyone should go beserker, even though me and my friend have pointed out that we are not interested. We then got "Stop being a stubborn little bi*&^, I really need this achievement". While the rest of the team was looking for the last zed I was trying to find the damn kick button to get rid of this Numpty who decides to take over the game after doing nothing.
Where is the kick button on public servers? I could not find it and we had this one guy go as a Beserker, slash the patty one and die... I generally play on 3FL servers if that means anything in terms of options.

Should be right there when you hit Esc.... unless the server didn't have vote kicking enabled.
I don't understand why you wouldn't have a kick vote function on your server
Without it, you're bound to get people playing at wrong difficulty in relation to their perk and won't leave, complete arseholes or TK'ers.
In addition, your server will become unpopular because of the above reasons...
Doesn't make any sense not to have it.. just so it's there if you need it.

Yeah 3FL don't have kick enabled... sadly.
This means that any noobs, tosspots or griefers that know of this are more likely to go to them.
By the way... i didn't think they had 3FL in america

They disable it because they are either too lazy (or stupid) to monitor and Administrate their server(s) properly. Plus they I'm guessing, don't want to deal with grievers, nubs, tosspots, tossers, etc, abusing the system.I don't understand why you wouldn't have a kick vote function on your server

Severs like this will never be in the top leagues.
So I'm playing on suicidal, level 5 sharpshooter on DOOM. I see a scrake coming down the hall and, like a good sharpshooter should do, I headshotted it with my Xbow and it fell like a bag of chainsaws.
Immediatly, some guy starts raging in the chat, about how "I stole his kill." He didn't even say anytihng before hand about it. Then I see that this guy is a LEVEL 2 FIREBUG. And I also see that he, somehow, has admin.
I get kicked.

That's what happens when you play a map in which 90% of its player base is there solely to power level.
I played Doom 2 a couple days ago on suicidal as demolitions with a lv 2 berserker who would curse me out every time I told him to try using the katana or axe over the chainsaw (he died just about every wave until he quit around wave 6 or so) and a lv 3 commando who would yell at anyone for stealing "his kills". I mean I can see why someone there to solely power level wouldn't want some idiot killing all of the stalkers that they are about to kill, but there's a difference between playing the game properly and bending over backwards to please someone. Sure, I won't kill a stalker that someone else is literally a fraction of a second away from killing (this goes for ANY class), but I also won't hide in a corner and not shoot anything because someone wants to power level. Think I quit that game around wave 7-8.
Also, spectating Doom 2 on HoE is entertaining sometimes. It's great watching people enter the game thinking they are going to power level and coming up with these schemes and not being able to get past wave 3.

Good reason why I never play those 24/7 servers. I hate the thousands of nubs that try that stupid strategy.

In west london hard where a team of two is shattered around the map, I was with a berserker and mad healing him with my MP7. Then suddenly few Siren appear just around the corner(You gotta love the spawn system) and scream through my armor and killed me instantly. Then the berserker died short after, he was very silence until he died and said "What a ****ty medic."
Then he request the admin to kick me and I got kicked out.

It really grinds my gears when people provide no information about where they are, and expect people to know that they are in X country.
It really is an issue with new forum members in the squad/clan tactics section posting server/clan adverts.
Mmm, fair enough. I thought I had done it but maybe forgot to apply changes or something like that.. Oh well.
