The problem with RO2 is that the maps are mostly so badly designed that losing is not fun at all. Hence the problem.

I can deal with pessimists and complainers, I'm guilty of it quite a bit myself, but I cannot understand why you even play this game?:confused:

Over exaggerating your observations on what might, MIGHT be a minor problem on a couple of maps (or even just player behavior on certain servers) does not help your cause.

PS: Outlier: an observation that is well outside of the expected range of values in a study or experiment, and which is often discarded from the data set

Repeated observations of the same events suggest an underlying truth. Multiple servers, multiple continents, different players, all leading to the same results.

You think I can't tell the difference?

Perhaps it is you who should observe more closely.

As I mentioned previously: change the player base. Get rid off all those obnoxious ragers and rage-quitters. Losing is not fun if you struggle hard and still lose, but the majority of today's players rage about their miserable n00bush team whilst they are the major part of the failure. As soon as they notice the battle is definitely lost, they gear up and go ultra rage, insulting both allies and enemies, calling out that the enemy consist of cheaters as no one is better than him. If not kicked or banned, he will leave shortly after. Possibly because he smashed his pc due to pathetic and immature overflow.

As long as you can not fix the player base, players who want team gaming and teamplay will join Axis. Any measure prohibiting or blocking Axis stack will result in the loss of 33-50% of the entire player base.

There definitely is a less mature player base for this game overall than I had hoped for when the game was released or compared to ROOST. Of course there are still plenty of good competent mature players but the average rabble from other games have migrated to this one and it shows.

There's just more players in ro2 than were in roost so you're more likely to run into different attitudes, of course it's not as bad as people on this forum make out, this forum has always had elitist attitudes.

Teamplay can happen on both sides. The veterans stacking Axis because of map balance issues and weapon balance issues are preventing teamplay on Allies side because of the lack of experienced players.

If the game balance is fixed then stacking will reduce leading to greater teamplay on both sides and more fun for everyone.

I typically play Allies. My KDR is good, but my win/loss ratio blows.

Figure it's more challenging to play Allied, and make it fun for Axis so the map isn't too easy. Meh, sometimes we even win. I only join Axis if the Allied team has a numerical advantage, or get team swapped

Can't count the number of times I've been on the Allied team with no one using voice chat, and taking TL myself so we don't get completely steam rolled. Guess it has happened enough times my RO2 profile says favorite role: TL :p

I'd rather command a tank, than herding cats... :D

Exactly, player communication on Allies is mostly not present. It's boring beyond measures.

Make all axis guns fire bubbles. Problem solved.

Or would it solve the problem? It depends how much people like bubbles.

Mate I do wonder what's gonna happen once HoW gets popular, will there be discussions like this too about the vile Axis stack? :D

Somehow, someone will find a reason to say one of the teams has an unfair advantage or how you should let the heroes have the other teams weapons to keep it balanced, boring, and vanilla...

I've actually found US and Germany are the most balanced teams put against each other yet.

Germany has powerful individuals that weild a lot of firepower.

The US troops on average have more firepower than the average german troop but individuals don't have a massive advantage of firepower over their other team mates.
